What is STUDIO S and what classes do you offer?

STUDIO S is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Baden. We teach mat Pilates in small groups, in four signature styles. CLASSIC is slow, precise classical Pilates. POWER HOT is dynamic Pilates in a gently heated room. ABS & BOOTY sculpts your core and glutes. STRENGTH adds heavier props and more resistance. Every class works for a range of levels.

How warm is POWER HOT, your hot Pilates class?

POWER HOT takes place in a gently heated room. It is warm enough (around 28 °C) to help your muscles loosen and move deeper, but nothing like a hot yoga sauna. Bring a small towel and a water bottle, and take a break whenever you need one.

I'm completely new to Pilates. Where should I start?

Accepted Answer

You are very welcome, and no experience is needed. CLASSIC is the ideal place to learn the fundamentals. Our INTRO OFFER gives you 3 classes for CHF 70, valid for one month, and it is the best way to try the studio. Just tell your instructor it is your first time and arrive about 10 minutes early.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Our classes are kept small, so we recommend reserving your spot online through the schedule. You are welcome to come by whenever there is space, but popular times fill up quickly.

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable activewear you can move in, and bring a water bottle. We recommend grip socks for safety and hygiene. Mats and props are provided. For POWER HOT, add a small towel.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There are three car parks close by. The Ennetbaden car park is about five minutes on foot and is the most convenient and affordable. The Casino car park is a short walk and slightly pricier. The 47 car park is a short walk with higher rates. The studio is also easy to reach on foot or by public transport.

Where are you and how do I find you?

You will find us at Bäderstrasse 19, 5400 Baden. We are centrally located and easy to reach on foot, by public transport or by car. Tap Plan route on our Find Us page for directions.

What do classes and memberships cost?

Accepted Answer

A single class is CHF 28. If you are new, the INTRO OFFER gives you 3 classes for CHF 70. From there you can choose a class package, such as STUDIO 5 or STUDIO 10, or an unlimited membership from CHF 228 per month. You will find all options on the Memberships page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change, and that is fine. Please cancel in good time through your account so someone on the waitlist can take your place. Late cancellations and missed classes may forfeit the class or credit. You will see the exact cancellation window when you book.

Question 10

Can I join if I'm pregnant or have an injury?

Accepted Answer

Often yes. Please check with your doctor first, and always tell your instructor before class about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy. We will gladly suggest modifications so you can move safely.
